What services do we offer?

Here at Marstons we can offer either a “Fully Managed service” or “Let Only”. Please see the below list for more information on what is provided.

Fully managed service

  • Advertisement of your property
  • Organising and attending viewings
  • Referencing potential Tenants through Rent for Sure
  • Collecting and holding the Deposit. Marston’s is a member of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
  • Providing a detailed photographic inventory – £90.00 + VAT
  • Assure that all certificates for the property are up to date including Gas saftey, electrical & Energy Performance Certificates
  • Producing a Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and rental pack
  • Liasing with Tenants and Landlords regarding maintenance repairs on the property
  • Consulting Landlords about possible increases with rent
  • Regular inspections in the property to be satisfied it is being kept in a satisfactory condition
  • Liasing with Tenants and Landlords regarding the possibility of an Agreement renewal
  • Final inspection to be confident that the property has been left in a satisfactory condition
  • Monitoring rent accounts and taking action where necessary
  • Contacting Landlords to discuss annual rent increases
  • Monitor rent payments and chasing up arrears

  • Advertisement of your property
  • Organising and conducting viewings
  • Referencing potential Tenants
  • Collecting and holding the Deposit in a Deposit Protection Scheme
  • Providing a detailed photographic inventory
  • Assure that all certificates for the property are up to date including Gas saftey, electrical & Energy Performance Certificates
  • Producing a Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and rental pack
